The Grandview Heights Neighborhood Association, Inc. is a voluntary neighborhood association that spearheads the neighborhood’s historic preservation and fundraising efforts. The association’s voluntary board also arranges social activities to encourage neighbors to get to know one another and maintains open communications among the neighborhood, city officials and private parties with an interest in the area.

Membership

Grandview Heights residents and property owners have the option to join the association for $50 annually. In addition to supporting neighborhood causes, association members elect the board of directors, receive regular communication from the board about important neighborhood issues and have the right to be included on the neighborhood business directory.

The Grandview Heights Neighborhood Association is a not-for-profit corporation recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(4) charitable organization.

The association's key objectives are:
- Promote neighborhood safety
- Encourage communication and involvement within the neighborhood
- Communicate neighborhood needs to the City, County, other associations or other
external interested parties for the Grandview Heights Historic District
- Encourage residents to become familiar with and adhere to city codes
- Promote and support neighborhood beautification
- Promote the preservation of the neighborhood's historical character
